Architecture of Healing: The Process of Becoming Whole

Image
Healing is a process. You go through some kind of trauma or something that perhaps you may not like, but after all, it's life — it can be harsher than you can imagine and also more beautiful than you can think of. We all go through something unpleasant, even to think about, but when destiny rolls its dice, it rolls over all the numbers — you can't expect a 6 every time. Our life revolves around the same philosophy of rolling the dice. The moment you put in effort to solve an issue—just like rolling the dice—you invest energy into something, and yet the outcome is seldom the best one you expect. Going through and recovering from something extreme can be a traumatising experience, but when the darkness passes, you too need to recover with resilience. Often, it's easier said than done, but legends are those who manage to unite both words and actions. Resilience is the power to recover quickly from any damage that has been done, with minimal time and less harm. Alright,...

The Strength of Fragility (Poetry)

Image
When it was fragile, it was beautiful. With distance, it grew stronger and difficult to hold. Wish -someone to hold it gently , Make it lighter and fragile again.. to make it beautiful once more. Wish- I knew whether to hold or to drop it, to deal with the pain. Leaving might make me feel lighter, but emptier too. Wish, I knew the best way to keep it and keep moving- unbothered, unburdened. But, with time, it nourished so beautifully- like a flower that blossoms when watered, beautifully in its own season. There’s a void and a stronger force at the same time, a void which makes me feel empty, and the force that keeps it intact. I knew not the right way to keep it alive. But letting it go might take a fraction of me with it. Wish it could be fragile again, but this time with its own strength of being fragile again.

Redefining the Purpose of Perfectionism

Image
The world seems to be a place where sometimes we cannot focus on our priorities, or perhaps we haven’t even set them yet. Having so many things on the plate and not being able to concentrate on just a few important ones often leads to frustration. And then we wish we could find that motivation we had back when we started from home, when we felt more inspired, more driven, and genuinely looked forward to what was coming next. We often believe it is the hope that everything will eventually be alright that pushes us to take action, more than the actual experience of things being “alright.” Have you ever noticed how there’s often less stability right after something new begins? You may find peace in those moments, but not the ideal state of mind, because you’re still struggling to survive. And yet, that struggle, in itself, makes you feel alive. If it weren’t for this struggle, many would stop seeking goodness and never discover the peace that comes from enduring. The next step aft...

The Fragmented Mind and the Search for Meaning

Image
Lately, my mind feels scattered — like it's existing in multiple places at once. Concentration eludes me, and focusing on one task feels like a battle I keep losing. I take actions without always assessing the risks, only to realise too late how plans can backfire. Yet even when we try to calculate the safest risks, the truth remains: nobody really knows what safe means. Language adds another layer. Speaking in a tongue few understand makes me question whether I’m truly learning or surviving. Difficult things are often mistaken for wrong ones, and sudden changes, no matter how necessary, can feel overwhelmingly destabilising. From this chaos emerges the raw instinct to survive — but is survival the same as living ? I often wonder, do we live healthily, or is it just an illusion of health? Real understanding comes at a cost — it demands sacrifice, patience, and an openness to deeper awareness. Many times, we feel things are beyond our comprehension when, in fact, we just haven’t...

Loneliness or Solitude? You decide

Image
There are times when keeping to yourself means cutting yourself off from the total craziness of this world. Occasionally, individuals define you according to their own standards, and you may view solitude as an act of retreat. However, if you explain the activity in terms of your own goal, it is self-explanatory and frequently becomes challenging to handle on your own. But once more, what is genuine is what our eyes cannot immediately see. If the reality that lies ahead is different from what we have mentally imagined it to be, then the actual reality appears to be different. Thus, the self-isolated individual who relishes their own trip is how we are defined. Recovering oneself is just one step in the process. It's not simple to live this life, especially as you progressively accumulate experiences that help you grasp its reality. How variations may exist in the actual. Eventually, you'll start to feel at ease around the proper individuals. It can be quite difficult to mee...

Pursuing dreams

Achieving your goals is never an easy feat. Nobody ever assured you that achieving your dreams would be simple. There are costs associated with having dreams. You continue to work towards them, but  frequently the destinations appear so far away. The first steps on any path towards your dreams  always seem lovely and easy, but as time goes on, everything gradually appears farther away than it  was at first thought. Dreams are more than simply aspirations; they  represent a person's passion and the reason they persevere in being kind. Dreams are what provide purpose to a person's existence. The journey gets more complicated the bigger your dreams are. the destinations appear so far away.
